Remake of the first version of Assassin's Creed is coming

It seems that Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag will not be the only game in the Assassin's Creed series to be remade.
Although Ubisoft has confirmed the development of titles such as Assassin's Creed Codename Red, Assassin's Creed Codename Hexe, and Assassin's Creed Invictus, it seems that other games in the series are also in the works. Previous rumors talked about the production of a remake of Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, and now it seems that this version will not be the only remake of the Assassin's Creed series.
Gaming Insider's Tom Henderson has reported that Ubisoft is working on another remake of the Assassin's Creed series. It is not clear exactly which version of this series will be restored, but many fans want to restore the first versions of this series. Earlier rumors suggested that a remake of the first version was in development, but this has not yet been officially confirmed or denied.
Tom Henderson went on to say that this remake will be just one of several upcoming Assassin's Creed games coming to gamers by the end of this decade. Of course, if the release schedule of the games in this series is correct (release of Codename Red in 2024, release of Invictus in 2025 and release of Codename Hexe in 2026), it would not be wrong to say that there is a long way until the release of this remake.
