The possibility of Dragon's Dogma 2 game demo has been strengthened
A new report points to the possible early release of a demo for Dragon's Dogma 2.
Capcom recently updated Dragon's Dogma 2's Steam page, and it showed data related to a "free on demand" product, possibly hinting at a free demo for the game in the near future. Taking a closer look at the details of the update, which was released a few days ago and was identified as "unknown program" on SteamDB, users discovered that future content will be available for free download to players, so we can assume that the demo will be released.
Although today many developers and publishers do not want to offer free demos for their games, there are developers who still try to familiarize players with the future product by releasing demos of their big games. Capcom is considered one of these few developers and usually tries to provide demos of its big games to the audience.
The Japanese publisher and developer has previously released demos of games from the Resident Evil, Duel May Cry, and Monster Hunter franchises, and now it appears to have similar plans for the highly anticipated Dragon's Dogma 2. It should be noted that we are about a month away from the release of Dragon's Dogma 2, and the availability of its demo will not be far off.
Before the release of the Resident Evil 4 remake, Capcom made the demo version available to fans, and now we can expect the similar program of the company for the Dragon's Dogma sequel. Dragon's Dogma 2 game on March 22, 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X | Xbox Series S will be released.
