The possibility of Dragon Age: Dreadwolf game release in 2024 has strengthened
A new report strengthens the possibility of Dragon Age: Dreadwolf game release in 2024.
Electronic Arts, as one of the largest developers and publishers in the game industry, has recently embarked on massive layoffs, as a result of which several studios have been closed and their projects have been canceled. Fortunately, it seems that Bioware Studio has been spared from these dismissals and is currently continuing the development of two projects, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf and the next Mass Effect game. Now, a new report shows that fans of the Dragon Age series can hope for the release of the new game this year.
Recently, game industry journalist Jeff Grubb claimed in a recent episode of the Game Mess Decides podcast that the development team is very confident that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf will be released this year. Grubb went on to emphasize that BioWare's assurance does not mean that there is no possibility of the game being delayed until 2025, but that the developer expects to release the long-awaited role-playing game in 2024. In addition to Grub's report, details published on the LinkedIn account of an EA employee in the past hinted at the same issue.
So fans can hope to experience the game in 2024. In December 2023, BioWare released a teaser for Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, showing some of the explorable locations. The developer further confirmed that the full unveiling of the game will take place in the summer of 2024.
